In normal dungeons, rare monsters have approximately a 2-5% drop rate based on player experience. The rate may be slightly higher for harder difficulty tiers. For end game bosses, the estimated drop chance per difficulty is: Mythical 100%, Legend 100% ( 40% If a Mythical Dungeon is available ), Master ~40%, Expert ~5%, Adept ~2%. |

32 By Flex!#77628 3 years ago ( 8.0.4 ) Ugh, I really wanna run this so I can get that dragon seed. 24 By Electro@PF#57867 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) This dungeon is a whole lot easier than it looks. I managed to clear it pretty half-assedly with a standard Awoken Bastet team. The only damage I took the entire dungeon was from Firedragon's preemptive Floor 5. Awoken Bastet / Vishnu / GZL / Awoken Meimei / Perseus / Awoken Bastet All max level max awoken, both Bastets hypermax. Of course, levels dont matter, and I didnt really find that the +297s helped ALL that much so you could probably do without them. Just aim for max awoken. Also, skillups dont really matter either; I didnt need to use a skill until floor 8, and by then all of your skills should be up. Also, there's plenty of time to stall for skills on floors 2 and 6. Ideally you want to bring a team that gives you some extra leeway when it comes to time given for comboing; you also want to stack TPAs / rows, and maybe bring a defense breaker (I used GZL) if you have one. Floor 1: Don't be intimidated by the dragon seeds. Hit a decent multiplier (even x6.25 is enough tbh), making sure you cover a decent amount of hits / colors too, so that each monster on your team + 2-3 subcolors are dealing damage. That way, you fulfill the 7 different hits necessary to take down the seedlings. Monocolors have a clear advantage on this floor. Floor 2: Try to target Pengdras first, and if necessary, stall on metal dragons, which are fairly weak. If you dont think it's safe, you can always clear the floor and stall on floor 6, which is the exact same thing, but by then your monsters will have higher levels. Floor 3: Try to spike them down in one or two shots. Aim for the middle one first. Cry and ponder your life decisions if you happened to bring a Dark team (don't bring a Dark team.) If you can isolate one of the little ones, they're super easy to stall on for skills. But ofc, there are many more opportunities to stall so if you dont feel safe just clear the floor. Floor 4: Easiest to hardest to deal with: D / R / G / L / B. They're all not difficult, though. Watch your HP stat, because even at your low levels, none should be able to OHKO you in one shot, or even 2HKO if your monsters are bulky. They're pretty frail though, so you can clear them pretty easily with a TPA or a row. All you really have to make sure to be mindful of is to clear all poison orbs if you happen to face Awilda, as remaining poison orbs will trigger an OHKO attack from big Zaerog turn 1. Floor 5: We're all pretty familiar with these guys, aren't we? Spike them down if you can; none of them have immediately punishing low HP spikes, and the ones that do give you a few turns to finish them off. Floor 6: Stall here if you need to. Aim for Pengdras first, try not to overshoot because they're pretty frail. Floor 7: Here's where the def breaker comes in handy. This is probably the most obvious hurdle in the entire dungeon; if you cant deal over 180,000 damage in one turn to a foe, this dungeon wont be easy. Ofc, if you can spike it, then it's not too hard. Again, TPAs and Rows help you get that extra bit of damage in. Floor 8: Same as last stage bit a little easier in my opinion. Side little dragons die quick, so focus on the middle dragon and take out the side ones with spread attacks. 4mil HP is close to that of big Zearog himself, but you usually have 2-3 turns. Use a skill here if you need to. Floor 9: Here's where the time extend awakenings come in handy. Dont be intimidated by 6 combos; just plan out your orb movements beforehand and try to hit all of your colors to deal as much damage as possible. You pretty much have 4 turns to KO him without receiving any damage if you deal at least 8 hits every turn, so there is a wide room for error, so long as you hit 6+ combos consistently. Floor 10: If, with your dark team, you managed to get this far, I officially give you a personal pat on the back. That's really intense. Anyway, Zaerog himself isn't so frightening either. Preemptive he'll put up status shield and -75% damage reduction, which is totally fine because you'll want to spike him anyway. This is where your buff-makers come in handy - if you have, say, Awoken Bastet's spread attack buff up, Zaerog will waste his first turn clearing it. After that, his 75% shield goes down, and you can burst him. Some good buffs you can use: Awoken Egyptian: Bastet, Isis. Damage boosters: Norse. Defense: Susano, Phoenix Rider, Kushinada, etc. If you don't have a buffer, you can also use an unbindable bind clearer to free your team. Deal as much damage as you can without spiking first turn, and once his 75% shield goes off, burst him down. If you bring Water resist latent or awakening, you also have some breathing room, as his 100% gravity wont kill you, giving you another turn. Good luck friends! Last edited by Electro@PF 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) 3 buttes#72166 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) > If you bring Dark resist latent or awakening, you also have some breathing room, as his 100% gravity wont kill you, giving you another turn. um isn't he water element at <30% when he uses the 100% gravity? 2 Mr.Bearz#77513 2 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) Not trying to bash but i really hate when people start off with "such and such is so easy" then proceed to rattle off that they have everything max lvl and hypermaxed and max awoken lol. I will literally believe something is truly easy when all you need is just each monster max level and maybe a few awoken skills. 1 DLish#34744 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Thanks for the write up. It was useful since I have watched 0 videos and paid 0 attention to this dungeon until now but wanted to clear it. For the record I failed on zaerogs first form on my first try because I didn't read well enough and didn't even try to combo. :P Second try was good though. 80% skill lock resist on the team and both times the bugger locked me. Still got him though. Next time I will swap out verdandi for a second liu bei or something to hit 100% SL. Clear team = Bastet, Liu Bei, Vishnu, Mei Mei, Verdandi, Bastet. Only leaders have any real plus eggs or skill ups but everyone is max awoken. Last edited by DLish 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) 0 Lucario#58942 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Great explanation. You deserve far more upvotes than you currently have! 0 Thanks for pointing that out, you're totally right. Ive fixed it. 0 thegriffin#37223 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) I like how you say that. As if everyone has an Awoken Bastet. Nevermind a Bastet at all. 0 Bzyku#69122 3 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) I cannot agree that pluses aren't very helpful here. They are... Up to heavy metal dragon your mobs levels up very slow. So pluses helps alot on early stages. And most of my mobs ended at about level 50, so pluses helps obviously. And worth to mention - if you bring zaerog <30% in first (almost impossible) or second (very possible) hit then he always uses his "refresh" skill first instead of -100% grav, so you must fight him once again almost in every case. Calculate this in your shield setting or you may die... 0 cp#60451 3 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) Thank you for this. I never would have tried this dungeon, but my new bastet team cleared it easily. My team is: a bastet / verdandi / liu bei / a meimei / perseus / a bastet. Verdandi, meimei and friend bastet were +297. 0 Etherious#78562 2 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) Nice write up. It's easy if you don't die on fl1,fl2 and fl6. I almost beat it with my awoken Sakuya. I died because I only got 36x on fl10 after his shield was down. He murdered me. I ran Sakuya, l Kali, L Kali,Sumire, Isis, Sakuya. No plus eggs. Friend was+297. Basically on f1,2,&6, pray as it's extremely RNG based. My Sumire was the only one who was Max skilled. Fl3,4,5 aren't a problem because if you use Sumire, l Kali gets up. 4 and 5 are ridiculously easy. F7 is where you have to TPA lights and 6 combo. F8 just kill and don't die. F9 if you have a ton on time extends, then it's ridiculously easy. F10 turn 1 do as much damage to him as you can! He'll bind you but Sakuya is grav +unbind. He'll be just above 50 percent. This is where I screwed up. Just unload actives and get 8/9 combos with at least 1 light TPA and he should die. Don't screw up like me. Good luck. EDIT:-Sakuya works, switched Isis with awoken Yomi, pop Yomi active on floor ten, match 8+ combos after popping L Kali, blow stuff up, sounds good. I've been farming it with Bastet though, it's easier. Last edited by Etherious 2 years ago ( 8.6.2 ) 10 By Krosis#35940 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Wow, these dungeons keep getting more and more ridiculous. Personally, I can't wait for Explosion Descended, where there's only one floor and the boss has a preemptive that hits for 999,999,999 damage. 8 It would be a five strike hit of course, meaning perseverance would still not work. You would have to have a full resist team of PADZ Dragons. The dungeon might have a secondary name, GIVE US YOUR MONEY! descended. 3 Guest#79488 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) lol might as well name it "F*ck You Descended" the boss is a giant middle finger dropping f-bombs on the player Last edited by N/A 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) 1 Actually it would be two bosses with different colors who each do the preemptive so PADZ dragons wouldn't even work. 0 JPLjoseph#56713 3 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) you forgot the preemptive dispel all player buffs, followed by 2 bosses of different attributes, each multihitting for 9.999,999 damage. 3 By ♫ yoshi 🎶#26010 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Posting in case someone is looking for a safe farming team for this weekend. I have about a 90% success rate (because I mess up). Bastet x Bastet Liubei Perseus (heartmaker, delay, change for something else if more dmg is needed on F8) Osiris (short turn orb convert) Asgard (>3 turn dmg reduction or Vishnu - something to deal with F9 troll.) Safe build that survives horrible trolls on F9. i.e, 0 green on the first 2 turns (it happened to me). May need 400~500 plus eggs to be able to take the big hit on F9. *Below assumes worst case scenarios. But most of the time, everything will be one shot with no stalling. But you need to stall 2 turns for Golem somewhere. F1: Wipe with green, fire or light (Cat) F2: Can take hits and stall (but look at enemy types and their turns first). F3: Can take 2 turns, but kill on t1 if poss. lest they convert green. F4: Osiris. F5: Grind. Usually dont need an active, but can use Bastet. F6: Kill with fire TPA and save green. F7: Bastet and 1 TPA (Osiris if must) F8: Take a turn to gather green. Put 1 green on the right edge. Hit Asgard, Osiris and make 2 TPA 7 combos. Use Perseus for more green if unable to make 7. F9: Can survive big hits. No need to heal during blind. Perseus if out of hearts after that. F10: Bastet and combo (or set up board). Liubei next turn. This dungeon requires your whole team to have craploads of plus eggs poured on them. I thought it was going to be a cake walk, but dang. Good luck, guys! 1 By -Striku-#37071 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) I guess this dungeon defines the meaning of, "From Zero to Hero." 1 By (づo.o)づHi#46714 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) A couple of things regarding invades: Firstly, invades do take place in these start-at-lv.1 dungeons, and they seem to be at a legend level status. I got leilan, and her attack did about 6800. If you can resist that skill bind, this can be a decent stalling opportunity. Secondly, the exp provided by these incarnations, however, is significantly lower than that given by two super kings (but may be higher than pengdras)!!! E.g. My Ra was lv.50 when I beat normal super kings, but was a pathetic 33 had leilan took the kings' place. This may hinder your progress, as I did notice my damage was not as impressive as usual (though it did not matter in the end). If you can beat Nordis with a Ra team, you can beat zaerog even if there is an invasion, np. Finally, yes, you get the jewel. If spirit jewels invade on lv.1 in these dungeons... That is just a little unfair. Edit: got another invade fl.2 and... Nope, leilan gives lower exp than pengdras and baby metal dragons. Maybe it is time for you to retire, ms.. Last edited by (づo.o)づHi 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) 1 By Bzyku#69122 3 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) If you can make this dungeon very passable (which is really not that hard for "awoken" teams) then farming it is far better choice than spending stamina on "metal dragons infestations". (As far as I know) there is guaranteed one super king metal dragon and one high one (exept cases when you get heavy metal dragon, but then you will be happy anyway). So just for this it is better than many runs on "infestations" when you get only one/two simple kings and 3/4 high metals. The rest of drop is just "bonus" ;) And those exp/stamina ratio... so good... 1 By Meep#30744 2 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) non rem build bar the friend yomi dra (but everyone has those nowadays :P). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrBSLzo42A0 1 By manesero#47512 2 years ago ( 8.7.0 ) Not sure how we're supposed to beat off colour Chinese gods in this game when we're level 1, but hey.... Thw samurai, pirates, supers and heavy metal dragon are not easy to take down while having to be at full hp AND already using healers with low attack at low levels. And there are preemptives in the dungeon 0 I have tried 30 times to zero stone this but couldn't while others that have started along with me are zero stoning it with every team you may think of. There's absolutely no room for breathing here. you mess up one combo = you die. I tried Bastets, Parvatis, Awoken Yomis, Sonias, Urds..nothing works. i always get orb trolled somehow or mess up a combo when i shouldn't.. And the number of times I died on the 2nd 6 combos challenge at boos stage...countless. I probably need to stop playing this game.. -3 nathan@N17#37737 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) And to all you lzl haters out there...i also just beat infinity with lzl, meta, dq, valk, mini valk, lzl -4 Grats you beat a dungeon with LZL. It's just so very fortunate you happened to pick one where you don't ever have to get hit if you don't want to. I can beat this dungeon with Nephthys... That doesn't mean she's a particularly good leader you realize? LZL isn't considered a great leader for pretty good reasons. He has enormous weaknesses. 0 By Dr. Psaroo#42667 3 years ago ( 7.8.1 ) Note the higher the cost, the slower it takes to level up here. Rest In Pengdras, Athena teams and Beelzebub/Ronia teams Then again, there's SEVEN instakill Dragon Seeds on Floor 1. Also Enhanced Poison orbs or Mortal Poison orbs take off 1/8 of your health per orb, so matching them will cut your HP by a third, and matching 8 will always kill you. He can only make them out of Poison orbs so you gotta clear them fast. Last edited by Dr. Psaroo 3 years ago ( 7.8.1 ) 2 Rubicari#3272 3 years ago ( 7.8.1 ) This has got to be the nastiest dungeon I've ever seen in the game, didn't realize the whole starting at lvl 1 mechanic, until I watched a few YouTube vids. Seems Hyper maxed teams are a requirement for this Beast, unless one wishes to throw a plethora of stones at it (which I would rather not do). Admittedly, I do enjoy the game evolution, with the puzzles (along with the dragons) becoming more complex. Idk much about this dungeon but what I gathered from the video is that the amount of level grown on the monster per level also depends on how many turns it took to beat that one level. either that or the difficulty of the opposing monster Edit: well I just read the dungeon information here and I guess it answered my question. :experience will be based on which monster spawned." Just chill out and plan your attacks. Where you may lack time extends (I had 9!) You can make up with quicker movement, and greater attack. An all inclusive dungeon 0 secksy@hg#60199 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) the amount of times you would have to run it to drop zaerog(regular) 3x, spawning different pirates and dropping them would be a lot. especially since this dungeon is so difficult, i dont think that is a good way 0 By nathan@N17#37737 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Does anybody know how to upload a picture so i can prove what I'm about to say....but i just zero stoned this with valkitty 1 Yeah when i seen your comment on the other thread i kinda figured. It's like a player pushing more than one active during a single turn. It goes in the order of the skills listed, exactly that order (so floor 9 will always have the +2 turn to actives, then the pre-emptive strike of absorbing <6 combos dmg for Set 1). 0 By MooImaPig#48839 3 years ago ( 7.8.1 ) Are dungeons like these the ones that are used to unlock the new universal awakenings ? Buddy, I'm at 245, and I'm not ready for it yet. Some people my level may very well be, but I don't have the full team comp to handle the end without throwing in a handful of stones at it. Just based on team cost alone, you only have 94 to play with.. I imagine most teams one would think to *attempt* this with would need probably double that.. edit: Just for example, if you look at "Team Builds" for this dungeon, the first result on Youtube (click the link) is an Athena team... Athena herself is 70 team cost, LMeta is 60, Valk 45, and Izanagi is like 35 IIRC. That's 210 Cost right there. Rodin. I spent one stone on floor eight because of skyfall and no Kali's up: ( floors one through seven are a cake walk assuming you get the 36x multiplier on floor seven. Floor eight is o.k. Because the heavy metal dragon is dark. Floor nine is easy if you get 6 combos on the first two turns. You can then pop rodin for the kill. Floor ten is hard, but you need to whittle Zaerogs hp to just above 50% after using d.meta to tank his shot. Use izanagi and a Kali if you have to and end the reign of the dragon lord! 0 By ♡Ameto♡#63221 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) It seems like Heavy Metal dragon is a tougher obstacle than I had thought initially. 4m damage does not seem like much. Used Liu Bei, Perseus, Osiris, Kushi (who is optional, but I recommend something with skill bind resist). I swept 1-6 quickly since hp was low, used actives sparingly (1 bastet on 4, which spawned the fire one). Used another bastet on FL7 to be safe, used Osiris on FL8, but didn't do enough damage so I used Kushi as a trigger for Bastet's extra multiplier on the second turn to be safe since Heavy Metal had spawned with a timer of 2. FL9 is just a matter of making 6 combos for 2 turns, so nothing special there. FL 10, used bastet to get Zaerog to waste his shielded turn cancelling the buff, then 1 shot with Liu Bei (17 Green). If that had failed, this setup allows a second chance to kill as long as you did at least 50% dmg, as you will resist the skill bind when Zaerog uses the turn to recover, and the second time around, you get 2x dmg since he will be water element now. The other benefit is that since everyone is relatively cheap in terms of team cost, they level up pretty well. The team was lv 69 across the board, except for Osiris who was 81. 0 By Keltgirl#69404 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Thought about it.... Watched the players posted on youtube. I kept pausing and replaying. Jaw dropped and my thoughts of possibilities withered away for the time being. My bank account is not built on fairy dust and Dragon dreams 0 By Syveril#12370 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) 0 stoned on team of Awoken Ra leads, 2 L Kali subs (I know, v. lucky to have them), Sun Quan, and Aamir. Was actually pretty easy; I didn't look up the dungeon until I was at the boss, cause I was surprised I had made it that far. Used a Ra on floor 1 (I didn't feel like failing out immediately because I flubbed a Ra), accidentally stalled on FL 6 due to orb troll, pinged down the boss until he reached his final form. Waited out the 75% damage shield, Aamir to free up my bound card, used Sun Quan for +damage, and I had a Ra up to ensure I had enough time to match well (including TPA for the Kalis). With those monsters, they weren't very high level by the time I hit the boss, maybe 50's except for Aamir. Was plenty of damage, though, given that the Kalis were hitting for 200x damage x2 light bonus x1.5 tpa. 0 By Greg!#39904 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Easily done with an Awoken Ra team. I was able to OHKO Zaerog on the first turn using Muse, and two TPA Light combos. Awoken Ra L.Kali D.Kali Muse chibi valk Saved D.Kali + chibi valk for the last floor. Use skills as needed! 0 By BazBiscuit#9946 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Lkali (~50 at end)/ Sun Quan (~75 at end) / L Valk (~68 at end) / B Valk (~68 at end) / 1000 day Tamadra (MAX all the way) / AWO Ra (~65 at end) Got all the way to Zaerog final form without spending a stone. Was just cause I waited out the 75% reduction and got bound that I spent 1 stone. Then 1 shot the bugger thanks to Sun Quan. But overall way easier than what I thought it'd be even with the team around level 25 half of the way. 1000 day Tama is also a life saver with 1000 guarenteed rcv and 6cd high dragon and sheidra killer. 0 By BD#71544 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) sara team can clear this easily, just get all the orb changers on the team, must max skilled, plus eggs are not required, with constant skyfall buff, and orb changers, you should able to sweep every single floor before 9th floor, and the sky fall buff make it easy to 6comb at 9th floor, just match and kill it. 10th floor use one sara so it will only cancel your buff, then kill it at the next turn. 3 3match and 1 5match water comb can secure the kill. 0 By (づo.o)づHi#46714 3 years ago ( 8.1.1 ) Beating this dungeon with an a.ra team with a total of 150 plus eggs makes me realize one thing only: I could've beaten almost everything else with a team of lv.50s??!! One strategy that people use is to put a buff that lasts for more than one turn. (Awoken Susano's and D.Izanami's Damage Reduction, Awoken Bastet's, Mass Attack etc.) This way, you get to SAFELY stall out his annoying Damage Reduction Pre-Emptive. I guess it wouldn't hurt if you have a bind clearer (Awoken Sakuya) instead of having a Buff for him to waste a turn on. But yeah to answer your question, he will never use both on the same turn. It's only either one. 0 By Greg!#39904 3 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) Man. Awoken Kenshiro wrecks this. I currently have my Kenshiro with TWO Skill-Delay Resist Latents, so that he can use it on floor 9. My Awoken Susano has ONE so that he can use his skill on floor 10, and his Haste makes everyone up by the time Zaerogoo's shield is down. My current team looks like this: Kenshiro leaders Awoken Shiva - Stat stick, Time-Extend Awakenings, and he's my only hypermaxed unit D.Kali - Time-Extend Awakenings, fills Dark spot, Whole-Board Change for safety Shinra Sun God Apollo (#1980) - Awoken Freyr isn't here yet, so... Awoken Susano - Fills Green spot, Haste, very important for floor 10 for free turn Everything was a cakewalk. Use D.Kali whenever needed. Kenshiro's LS is easy to activate, and Fire orbs aren't even needed to clear trash floors. Hence, all skills (except for D.Kali's) can be saved for floors 9 and 10. 0 By mattitup#52370 3 years ago ( 8.4.1 ) the team that works for me is Awoken Ra LKali Durga Awoken Susano Awoken Bastet A. The coop version of this dungeon in the lower difficulty is not only less stam to run, but also is identical (from what I can tell) to this original dungeon. It also appears to have 100% drop rate on the boss. If you've already been able to beat this dungeon. just do single player in coop and you're good to farm the boss whenever you have stamina to burn. Last edited by Dan 2 years ago ( 8.6.2 ) 0 By foxwaffles#54418 2 years ago ( 8.6.2 ) Awoken Shiva places me greatly at the mercy of the 6-combo shield. Somehow when confronted with shields I suddenly forget how to play the game and I become a scrub. RIP. HOWEVER a fully hypermaxed Thor/Saria team can probably surmount the nuke that Baby Zaerog Infinity uses. Nonetheless, I find Thor/Saria to be a far more stable build, provided you can make 6 combos without much in the way of time extends. Bring along Light Metatron or Awoken Amaterasu to make the bind go away since you won't have a buff you can bait Adult Zaerog Infinity with and you're golden. 0 By Duane_Crux#33435 2 years ago ( 8.6.2 ) Beat with standard Sarasvati Max skill team. Brought the siren with menace skill but didn't need it. Hardest part is the 6 combos twice in a row with limited extends. 0 By Marlboro#43735 2 years ago ( 8.7.0 ) Posting for reference, as it took me forever to find. Based my strategy on ainvar's most excellent Mythical-Plus solo strategy: http://puzzleanddragonsforum.com/threads/solo-coop-z8-scarlet-teams.89219/ Saria//DQ/Valk/Apollo/AAma//Thor 1: Light TPA. Can use Valk if needed. 2: Can stall on dragons if you used valk, not really necessary. TPA + two combos should do it. 3: One row and one TPA will wipe all, one row should just wipe middle guy. 4: Apollo. 5: DQ. 6: Stall until one turn left on Apollo, save darks. 7: Apollo. 8: DQ+Valk. 9: Make two 6 combos in a row. This is the clutch moment. Ping down remainder. Has 32HP total. 10: Congrats! Don't pop actives yet, as he has that 75% shield. Make a match first, take the bind, then Ama->Saria->Valk->Thor. 0 By Trademark#85635 2 years ago ( 8.7.0 ) I decide to try and run this for the first time with my Awoken Bastet team.
