EDIT: Ok so the mods edited it. Apparently all her "triggers" will happen no matter what your team consists of. So DON'T let your jammer fall to the bottom or you'll have a hell of a time trying to whittle down 70 HP while she spams Magic Circle Anomaly/Circle (WRECKS Myr teams) after she heals. Better yet, bring a fixed damage and avoid frustration with this new antiheartcrossmeta son of a gun.
