Not enough HP to survive a hit from KoD or KoL, or a hp <25% hit from any of the keepers. Used Orochi on KoG, yawned until his dark absorb was gone, then used Kali and Muse.

Boss: Both Sumires>Nuke, Andro>Nuke, Urd>Andro>Hera>Big Nuke, 3 turns left to kill if not dead.
By mic: Krishna makes this game fun. You need enough hp for the preemptives. The only challenge with this build is making sure you're full health before moving on. I rarely used Krishna's skill to minimize skyfall combos. I used Echidna on Lv4, avoided many red combos until full health, then destroyed him and the last 2 levels. Easy

There is little room for error in tanking the lower floors until your actives are up for KoG(or can be a safety net against KoR) and blasting KoG down over time.

By morrow: Luxury build. Max lv, 395 +eggs total. At least 26000 HP survives all attacks aside from KoL/D/R Big Lance and KoG HoD (obv), and Punch will not knock you below 50%. Get those water/light combos in, TPA liberally. Toki and Sun Quan give you some extra turns. When KoG ~2/3HP, SQ, U&Y, water rows/TPAs. Combo high for best results.
By keoki: Safe U&Y build. Max skill U&Y/Kushi for 1st turn rainbow invade (grind Twin Dragons). Heal up between levels, Kushi & DMeta as panic buttons; save U&Y and Famiel for the end. F6 take the punch & wait for dark shield to end (if you get in a x25 or two, great). Pop SQ and an orb changer each turn and 2-3 solid x25 should do it.

UPDATE: with the skill rotations, I changed BDF/Blonia to Awoken Noah and it still works great. Doesn't stand a chance against a Rainbow invade because you die with the next preemptive.

Kou: My team was dark heavy but 2xgrav turns the keeper red and without the color advantage I couldn't KO. Tried again switching out second Hera for DA Lucifer and it worked like a charm. (You could use Hadar or any other dark orb enhance if you don't have Luci, but Hadar has lower ATK.)

Walrus: I found it difficult to keep health above 80% for Hera's LS to activate with this build. Not impossible but more challenging than using other Devil options like Ult FA Luci or perhaps Vampire lead. The extra gravity however is very useful.

Bacon: This build is ingenious & needs recognition. It's REALLY reliable. All you have to do is recover 13k+ every 3 turns. As long as you don't trigger Kirin's leader skill/bring it under the 25% threshold, it's butter. My Tengu is lvl one. 20+20+30+35% brings KoG to 2mil. I killed him in 3 turns. You have 6 more after that. GL!! ^_^

Floors 4-5: Heal while activating 25x to kill b4 it smacks. Try not to use any actives. Floor 6: Gravity & Menace it. Blast it down with 25x. Heal after one punch. Use actives for orbs.
By 0never: Hades, Orochi, Kushi aren't strictly needed, can use free options like Zeus, Echidna. Floors 1-3: Stall and kill. Floor 4-5: Use Umiyama actives if needed. Use Kushi to tank the floor 5 pre-emptive. Floor 6: 2 gravs to bring it into red, tear it apart with blue damage. Orochi can be used on earlier floors if in trouble.

FLR 1 - 5: Grind it down, use Hermes skill to help kill some keepers,
FLR 6: Use both gravities, should get it to 49% then becomes fire, then (USE ALL SKILLS) 12x Water dmg,
By BT82: Charge skill on F1-F3, focus on HP, can use Echidna's delay and reduce damage if necessary. Before finish each floor make sure HP is enough for next pre-attack or use skill reduce damage. F6, let he punch you before use Orochi's delay (+ Echidna if necessary).
By Casual: All max level except level 80 Hera-is. Maxed Horus friend gave me 17k life to tank preemptive. Stall first 3 floors for gravity. Go into Keeper of the Light floor. Heal to >9k life and RK skill before you kill it unless you can heal back to full to tank the next preemptive. Last floor, gravity, Echidna, kill it.
By Alaecia@PG: Very safe. Echid, Valk, and Angelion max skill. You need to tank preemptives, so +HP and max lvl is needed. On floors 1-5, stall until gravity skills are up, using your delay and heart maker whenever if needed. On the boss, pop gravities, leaving him at ~3.5mil heath. From there you have 6-9(if echid is up) turns to nuke him.
By SA koestl: Stall on 1-3 using Angelion. Use delay immediately on 4 and take the time to carefully heal back up.
All gravities on Gold Keeper knocks him down below 50% to fire element - Angelion + Siegfried combo does the rest.
By Duane_Crux: Possible 0 stone. Echidna/Susano max skilled. 1st 3 floors, charge up skills use echidna as long as you can charge by Boss. Use Susano last turn before floor 4, get to floor 5 within the 5 turns. Boss, use gravities, use echidna after first attack, use susano after that if neeeded.
By Thunderrod: Kirin team with farmable subs. Max levels. Max skill echidna. Stall till boss floor, heal to max health at the end of each floor to survive preemptive hit on the next floor. Use delay on boss floor so you have 5 turns. Use 2 gravity on him and try to bring his health to below 50% (his color becomes red). Pop Sieg's skill, done.

Z@PG: Agreed I tried this out, and because it takes so long, theres a pretty high chance that at least during sometimes you wont be able to heal back up. This requires a high lvl and high + .
By necro: Stall for Echidna and all gravities on the first three keepers, then combo hard and sweep every round. Triple gravity knocks the Gold Keeper below 50%. Use Hatsume to maximize damage and activate 25x until it dies.
Odin can be any high-HP wood monster. Plus eggs and skill levels help but neither are necessary.

Fl4: try to heal and activate at the same time, then set up board and kill with x25. If in trouble use kushi. Fl5: see Fl1-3 above. Fl 6: grav x2 + echidna and combo ftw.
By akumaXIV: Other grav users can sub for hera-is and hera, non-leader odins can be any high hp, high rcv subs. Tank hits with odin until floor 6, use grav/lance/other abilites along the way. Make sure they are all up for floor 6. It is a grind, but 0 stone. If rainbow keeper invades, however, it is over.

MiniZak: This team doesn't work and I doubt anyone 0 stoned it with this build. Used gravities to knock the boss down below 50%, but it's impossible to heal back up in 2 turns-used Odins to heal but only postponed the inevitable. Floors 1-5 were doable but the boss is just ridiculously hard.

By bonu@pf: Max leveled, awakened for 7 seconds of move time. Yomi's maxed skilled. Mostly brute force. You should be able to heal through all the pre-emptive strikes for rounds 1-3. Rounds 4 and 5 you have enough turns to burn them down with a combination of x16 or x49. Final level brute force him down, pop change the world if necessary.

By stickx@PF: Cost me one stone on F5. All max lvl. horus, parv, hades, horus awoken. echidna, parv max skill. F1-3: Stall. F4-5: kill asap. F6: Gravity, Echidna Delay, then Orochi delay, then Echidna again. Plenty of time to kill the boss off with consistent 16-25x Hits.
Didnt get a rainbow invade, but looks easy to nuke it.
By Videri: Standard Kirin build with double-delay. Kill on last turn each floor, take a hit here and there except on invade. Use Echidna to stall for Orochi if you need to. Invade is easy with light damage, just don't let it hit you.

Use Izanami/Valk/Echidna if needed. 6F Use Kirin and Echidna (or Izanami). Use Apollo and Valk when you can make many Lt orbs. Kill before it uses its Hand of Destruction.
